We know how the night works, because we're out there.

1. Set the rules

   Capacity, group size per person, automatic or manual approval and the sign-up cutoff are up to you.

2. Fill the list

   Guests sign up in the app or you paste your WhatsApp list; the same number can't get on twice.

3. No paper at the door

   Search by name or the last 4 digits and check in with one tap; groups show as "3/4 arrived".

4. Extra guests need your OK

   Once an inviter's allowance runs out, entry waits for your approval and the door screen shows Wait, Approved or Declined.

1. Log the entry

   Pick the number of people, amount and payment method (Cash, Card, IBAN, Platform); with no signal, entries queue on the phone.

2. Credited to the inviter

   Every discounted or free entry is credited to whoever invited them; on "Drink included" nights a drink token is marked.

3. Close with a blind count

   In Audited mode each staff member counts and closes their own drawer without seeing the expected amount.

4. Read the report

   The Door Report is ready when the night ends: entries, payments by method, drawer differences, who brought how many.

• No ticketing system needed. Events with no tickets or with entry at the door are listed in the same place.
• Your announcement doesn't disappear. It won't sink in the feed within hours; it stays up until the event is over.
• Your following grows. People who discover you once follow you and hear about your next events.
• Works even if it's just you. Events, guest list, the door, all from your phone.

• A direct line to your followers

  When you add an event, your followers get a notification on their phone. If the date changes or it's cancelled, everyone who tapped "Going" and, for upcoming events, your followers hear about it too, with no separate announcement needed.

• Your venue page

  Photos, opening hours, vibe, location on the map, upcoming and past events. People browsing similar venues find you too.

• Measure interest

  See how many times each event was viewed, how many people saved it and how many are going.

• Social Media Manager

  Adds and edits events and tracks interest; doesn't see the guest list.

• Door Staff

  Checks guests in at the door and logs entries; sees only the last 4 digits of phone numbers.

• Promoter

  Picked as the inviter at the door and sees how many people came in on their name in My guests.

• Organizer

  Gets access for a single event: runs the event, the guest list and their own door team; cancellation stays with the venue.

• Counter

  In Audited mode only taps "Someone came in"; never sees money.

Add someone by email and their role takes effect right away. Etkiniko assigns the Admin; event-specific access ends 48 hours after the event.

• Rent the venue, own the night. When the venue gives you full control, you run the event with your own team, put your own staff on the door and change the date if needed. Cancellation stays with the venue.
• Your list, your call. Open the guest list, approve, add people; no time limit for you at the door.
• Your organizer page: your upcoming and past events and the venues you've worked with, in one place; your followers are notified the moment you add a new event.
